Production and loading systems for the pharmaceutical industry are very complex. Our handling and autoclaves loading/unloading systems for sterilisation are specially adapted to the needs of the pharmaceutical industry and optimised – either as a complete solution or in a modular form for loading and unloading only.
We offer shuttle wired- and wireless solutions, as well as optimise partially or fully automated sterilisation lines exactly according to customer requirements. A special tray handling system completes the entire process of sterile transport and loading, guaranteeing an efficient and economical production process.Timing is our strength.
We plan and design a timely synchronisation and adaptation of the whole chain lines and modules. We assemble complete systems and adjust all modules to each other in order to ensure an efficient production process with the most optimal output.
At the end of the efficient production and filling process for sterile products, we offer perfect solutions in a form of modular packaging lines. We plan and construct compact packing cells for final packaging of various final products, such as, bags, bottles, vials, tablets and syringes.
From single product, through collective, up to transport packaging for palletisation – we deliver it all. Each module is perfectly matched with the next one: the cartons are picked up and folded so that the incoming product is directly packed. Cartons are automatically supplied, glued, loaded onto the delivered pallet, and then automatically or manually transferred for loading.
Regardless of whether, as part of the order, we will transform the packaging machine into a complete system or create new modules, specially tailormade to your needs – each packaging line will be precisely matched and synchronised with the product and client requirements, to ensure a smooth packaging process without any interruptions.
Intelligent robotics is the heart of our pharmaceutical loading and unloading systems. Various containers for products, such as, bags, bottles, ampoules or vials, require individual handling, as well as varied duration of the operation.
Our modular robot systems with gripper function guarantee an efficient production process without any interruptions or delays. We plan our clients’ systems in the form of comprehensive solutions or implement individual modules exaclty according to their requirements. We precisely match all elements to the existing infrastructure to ensure an optimal production flow at all times.
A comprehensive and thorough inspection process is essential in order to qualify pharmaceutical products as clean, safe and sterile. Our fully automated Inspector system for plastic bags and infusion bottles made of glass or plastic covers every stage of the final inspection prior to product delivery.
The control modules apply a very sensitive high voltage tester. Control stations monitor moving glass and plastic bottles for tightness, suspension, foreign bodies and cosmetic defects. In case the packing unit does not meet the quality and safety standards, it is automatically removed by the ejector.
For this area we also develop individual concepts in close cooperation with the customer. Whether it is a complete control system or a supplement to an existing infrastructure – we guarantee that we will find the right solution for your inspection process.
The cycle time of fully automated processes is our specialty. In order for the production process to run smoothly, critical parts of the modular line require special units to ensure synchronisation and independence of individual processes.
Our vial loading and unloading systems, as well as buffer systems, can be configured individually, exactly according to client requirements. They enable the product in- and outfeed by the bypass system, rotary storage, robotic handling, buffers and modular belts – elementary for the process to run smoothly, even in sterile conditions.
Naturally, we also offer our special service covering the conceptualisation and implementation of a complete system, as well as the exact adjustment of individual modules to the existing infrastructure.
