Our innovative autoclave maintenance system ensures exceptional operation comfort. All parts of the drive for transport inside the chamber are located outside the machine, which makes them quickly accessible. This type of design of the autoclave chamber sustainably reduces the maintenance cost.
Various containers used in the pharmaceutical and food industries, including related products, such as bottles, bags or vials, are fed into the machine, then loaded onto trays and stacked by robots or special handling systems. The stacks of trays reach the steriliser via chain or roller conveyors. In this location, they are sterilised by spraying with hot water, saturated steam or a steam-air mixture.
Following the sterilisation process, stacks of trays are buffered in preparation for unloading. Separated trays are then automatically unloaded and transported to downstream equipment for further product processing, for example, for inspection and/ or final packaging. The trays remain in the system and are supplied for the next loading.
Our tray loading concept combines compact units of the process into a complete machine solution. The trays are supplied to the handling system by roller or chain conveyors and separated by a compact lifting system. Six-axis Delta robots or other handling devices with a similar function take over the loading of the individual trays with bags, bottles and vials.
The vision system reliably detects the orientation and position of the product, then fills the trays exactly according to the packing scheme. Depending on the task, our in-house developed gripper system can be selected as a mechanical or vacuum gripper to pick up the respective product. In cases where robot applications usually require more space, we offer a space-saving alternative.
